OK, where do we go from here?

  1. Geriatric slave traders:

In last Saturday's paper I read with great interest an article about a gang dealing in women and drugs that had been arrested in a joint operation between the Belgian, Dutch and Polish police. Women were enticed from Poland, put to work in Dutch brothels and the proceeds used to finance smuggling cocaine from Columbia via Antwerp to the ever-expanding markets created by our exemplary European youth. The crunch is that the Dutch ringleader is a 66 year old pensioner, who concerned himself mostly with the recruitment of Polish women, his primary assistant a 69 year old pensioner putting the women to work in Rotterdam and the guy doing the Antwerp connection is also a 66 year old pensioner. It is good to see that our hard earned pension money is put to good use, but this is maybe going a little too far? Or am I just jealous because I did not get off my rear-end & do the same? Vaginas and cocaine: those are today's growth industries and business opportunities...

My contention is: this is typical Dutch.
